    Receipt will not print

    RetailEdge has experienced an error. You might need to restart the application.

    You will sometimes see this error if you have the wrong tape style receipt printer set. Check your settings and let us know what printer you are trying to use and what RetailEdge settings you have for your workstation receipt options.

    The printer is a Star TSP100 Cutter (TSP143) set up as :

    Tape Style - Via Windows Printer Driver

    Receipt options are:

    Ask for Receipt count set to 1 is checked.

    Print on Blank Paper.

    No letterhead chosen.

    What Receipt Printer Device (Device Name) are you trying to use. If you choose the TSP200 from the list of existing printers this should work. We have seen this error when using the incorrect device or when users setup their own device.
