Good morning Bill. It's Pam from Red Otter Outfitters. We continue to have problems with the Loyalty Dollars program within Retail Edge. This is what we would like to see happen....is it possible?

1. Every month we run a report tto show us all the customers who have reached the $1,000 spending limit we have set as a goal for them to be eligible to receive a $25.00 gift card.
2. From this report, (which we want ONLY the customer eligle to appear), we will issue a $25 gift card.
3. After we issue gift cards, all customers who appeared on this list will NOT appear on next month's report or any future reports UNTIL they have spent $1,000.

To summarize, we never want to completely zero-out customers' total dollars spent in the store since we opened....we only want their $1,000 amount to clear after we've issued a gift card.

As it stands right now, it takes us way to long to accomplish this monthly loyalty program task. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Pam, Rudi here. ....sooo, if I understand you correctly and read "between the lines", is the only thing that you have a problem with is the Pre-Batch report showing all customers as opposed to only those who hit the $1000 threshold?

Rudy - Thanks for the response. Actually, that is what we are looking for. We need the report to only show customers who are eligible to show-up on the report. Once we issue them a gift card (loyalty dollars) we need their loyalty dollar balance to go back to zero. Does this make sense?
