Where in RE I can run a report giving me today's cost value of our total inventory by store?

We are in the process of reviewing all our insurance coverages and need the inventory values.

Here is the report that you need

1. Press the reports button on the toolbar
2. Choose the Items folder from the Reports|Inventory|Items folder and select the Item Detail - Grouped by Location.

If you want something more General you can run the Items by Category report that will give you the summaries by department, vendor, class etc.

The inventory value shown is going to be based on your items average cost.
