Assuming that the Cash Drawer is connected through a Receipt Printer and not a Serial or Parallel Drawer, and that you are popping the Cash Drawer through one of the Star Printers that my records show you to possess, then I would advise the following if it is a Star TSP-100. Because there are some settings in the Driver that, if changed from the Defaults, might prevent the Drawer from popping, reinstall the printer. Turn off the Printer and unplug its' USB cable from the computer. Then Shut Down the computer and bring back up after 10 seconds. Now hook up the printer again so that the driver is reinstalled. Once the Printer is generated in the Printers and Faxes folder, rename it to something other than the default name. Also, from the Properties of the driver, try a Test Print because if that doesn't work, then it won't print in RE.
Then go into RE to Tools - Settings - Workstations and Modify the Workstation in question and set the Receipt Printer to Tape Style - Windows Printer Driver - the Printer Name to your renamed name, and the Device Name to the TSP-200. Also make sure that the Cash Drawer Tab is set to Driven by Receipt Printer. Try the NoSale again.
