Did the notes column in the PO list disappear in 8.0.14? We used to have it and liked it. Is there a way to bring it back? How can you change which fields are displayed in the PO list?

Yes, the notes field has been removed from the PO List, starting with 8.0.14. We removed this field because customers were complaining that the PO List window was operating too slowly. We understand the utility of having the column displayed but the performance issue was problematic.

As a work-around, you might try using either the "Ordered By" field or the "Terms" field as a pseudo note. These fields are free-form text and don't slow the grid down.

Thanks for the explanation. Unfortunately, the suggested workaround won't help us: we actually need the Ordered By and Terms fields. But we don't need the Location field, because we only have one location. Here's a feature request for a future release: add the ability to show or hide fields in the PO List.
