My employees really appreciate the Change Due in the big bold red print, but I can't change the size of that box. When the change due is over $9.99 the text is clipped on both sides.

We are not able to recreate this here, even with change set to the following text: "Change Due: $99.99". We need some information about the environment that you're running:

1) What OS is the RetailEdge workstation running on?

2) What's your screen resolution?

3) What appearance settings are you using (Display Properties / Appearance)? Font size? Have any advanced settings changed?

4) If you have more than one workstation, does this happen on all your workstations or just one machine?

All pretty standard settings. Nothing customized.
Hadn't tries other machines. The office machine dosen't do it. Settings appear the same on both machines. I'll try and take a closer look at the advanced settings.

We found the problem. It's a bit obscure but...

The Change Due text used a font called Arial Narrow. If a windows system does not have Arial Narrow, Windows substitutes Arial Narrow with Arial. Arial is spaced more widely than Arial Narrow so it is getting cropped.

This explains why you were seeing the problem on some machines but not others. The machines with the cropping problem probably do not have Arial Narrow installed.

We will fix this in a our next maintenance release.
