Hey Andy, this is John form AVegasLine ( Steve Wenger )in Las Vegas.

Im having a problem getting our Zebra TLP 2844 Tag printer to print the tags right. I open a PO and click onlabels, when it shows the print preview, there is a full page with one tag in the corner. The Pricing Label Style is set to the Zebra/Eltron2.25w X 1.25h,1up On out workstations in Vegas, this setting gets you the single tag in the print preview.
When I try to print like this, it prints on 1/2 the tag and skips a tag between new stock #/items.

Can you hep me out?

You may have resolved this with Rudi already but if not, here's a thought:

To print labels, RetailEdge uses a combination of the Windows printer driver and RetailEdge's own label definition. Some information has to be consistent between the two drivers/definitions in order to make everything work.

In particular, the value for the Paper Size field in the printer driver has to exactly match the Printer_Paper field in the RetailEdge label definition.

Sometimes, depending on the manufacturer, the paper size string values can vary from printer model to printer model (even from driver to driver for the same model printer). It's possible that the driver for the TLP 2844 printer has a different string value for the same paper size than what RetailEdge is looking for.

According to your post, you are trying to use the "Zebra/Eltron - 2.25"w x 1.25"h, 1 Up" label style in RetailEdge. RetailEdge is expecting a paper size called "Label 2.25 x 1.25" in the printer driver. If this string value is not one of the options in the printer driver, then this could cause your problem.

The solution is to either add a custom paper size to the printer driver to match this value ("Label 2.25 x 1.25") or to change the value in the RetailEdge label definition file. Usually it's easier to add a custom paper size to the printer driver (or modify an existing paper size name). I would try this first.

If this does not work, let us know. The next step will be to edit the label definition file. We can do this remotely or we can just send you a new set of label definition files.
