1: Install Driver software before plugging the device into a USB Port

2: Connect the Device to the Computer and wait for windows to Recognize the Device.

3: Verify Communication via Windows Test print.
Control Panel → Devices and Printers → Right Click the Device → select Printer Properties → Select Print Test Page

4: Enter Printer Stocks
Control Panel → Devices and Printers → Right click the Device → Printing Preferences → Page set up → select New → *** The Device Stocks must Match the RetailEdge equivalent of the zebra stocks.
*2.25 x 1.25 label on the offset and Gap offset 0.05 works well.
*2.20 x 0.50 (Jewelry) label offset and Gap Offset 0.12 works well.

5: Change the Workstations settings in Retailedge for your Label Printer.
Tools → Settings → Workstations → Modify → Labels (in 1 of 2 or 2 of 2 depending on your printers use) → select the Device from the drop down list → select the appropriate zebra/eltron Label Style.
