Do you need a Sasha Session?
In an effort to help people learn more about some of the great features included in RetailEdge, we are starting a new program called Sasha Sessions. Sasha Sessions will be conducted online, using free conferencing software. This means you can participate in Sasha Sessions from the comfort of your home or office.
What is a Sasha Session?
Sasha Sessions are 1/2 hour training sessions planned for the 2nd Thursday of each month. Times will be 12:00 PM EST, 9:00 AM PDT.
This Month's Sasha Session
This month's Sasha Session is scheduled for Thursday September 8th and will feature RetailEdge's new Discount Rules.
How do you Sign Up?
Send an e-mail to email@example.com with the Subject "Sasha Session". The morning of the session, you will be sent an email with instructions and a link to the online session.
Other Training Options
Sasha Sessions are meant to be introductory training sessions and are intended to help RetailEdge users learn about new program features. We know that many customers might not be able to attend our User Conferences so we're trying to provide an inexpensive way for users to gather and learn more about RetailEdge.
If you'd like more in-depth training or are interested in specific topics not covered in a Sasha Session, we can schedule customized online training to meet your needs. Private training sessions are priced at $30 per 15 minutes and you can choose a training agenda that will fit your budget and needs.
If you want more hands-on training, we have resellers around the world that can setup training sessions and provide you with on-site training.
