Thanksgiving 2009 Holiday Schedule

Our office will be closed on Thursday November 26, 2009 for Thanksgiving. Technical Support will be available for sales emergencies for RetailEdge users on a paid Service Plan only.

Our office will be open on Friday November 27, 2009 for Black Friday for technical support only. Technical support will be available for sales emergencies only and priority will be given to customers on the Paid Support Plan. If you anticipate other non-sales based technical support issues (new installations, server change-outs, etc.) these may be able to be addressed but only by appointment. This will allow our technical support department to better serve customers on this busy retail holiday.

The sales department will be closed.
