We now have a utility for businesses that do a lot of batch billing of customers. The utility will allow you to create unlimited batches for different items, assign RetailEdge customers to the batch and assign different items to each customer's batch sale. Any business that has recurring customer billing needs (snow plowing, computer service plans, lawn mowing, club billings, memberships etc.) might find this useful.
This program will post batch sales to RetailEdge's Sales file and will allow you to assign different payment methods to each batch sale so that you can post the sales to the customer's house charge accounts. You can then simply print out a quick statement run and send out the billings to your customers.
This program used in conjunction with PPI's RecurPay program will allow you to post the sales and then on a set schedule, automatically charge the customers' credit cards.
