We have designed RetailEdge to allow us to easily add-in some functionality that does not exist in the standard program. Some of the additional functionality we have added to RetailEdge in the past includes:Tracking rental items check in/check out status, Posting sales information to an external file outside of RetailEdge, Customizing reports, Customizing Receipts, Printing specialized customer cards or IDs, Allowing multiple customers to be associated with a sale, Printing custom labels to a specialized printer on custom label stock (plastic, card stock, wristbands, etc.), and automatic sales screen application of gratuity.
